The project will be landed in FAW Casting Wuxi Branch, marking a solid step in promoting the application of 3D printing digital production in the field of automobile manufacturing between the two sides.
The core equipment of this cooperation, 3DPTEK-J1800, is the main model of 3D casting overall solution of SANDI Technology, which combines a number of innovative technologies: high-speed vibration powder spreading technology, which significantly improves the efficiency and uniformity of powder spreading; high-performance molding process and intelligent algorithms, which guarantees the equipment to operate with high efficiency and ease of operation; Extra-large molding size (1800×1000×700 mm) and high precision (up to ±0.3mm) to meet the rapid manufacturing needs of large, complex sand molds; dual-cylinder alternating printing and negative pressure ink supply system, to achieve continuous and stable production of the equipment.
